Enhance your endurance performance with one of our recovery programs or services.

Recovery is often an overlooked component of endurance training and performance; and by the time is gets our attention, it's often under negative circumstances (aka injury, pain, discomfort, etc.). Tri Fitness recovery services and programs are here to help you with all the reasons endurance athletes need recovery services.

Reasons to include recovery services into your regular routine:

  • If you've ever had an injury, are currently dealing with an injury, or want to prevent injury

  • To enhance performance

  • Increase range of motion (ROM)

  • To re-align musculoskeletal imbalances

  • Improve flexibility

  • Ease tension and tightness in the muscles

  • Reduce stress and increase relaxation

  • If you have a desk job and sit the majority of your day

Theragun

The Theragun is a percussive therapy device that helps to relieve knots, break up fascia, increase ROM/mobility, minimize joint pain, decrease muscle soreness/DOMS, reactivate/"wake up" muscles, increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and help relieve tension/tightness in the body in as little as 30 seconds.

We only offer in-house rental at this time. If you wish to rent the Theragun for longer than 15 minutes, you can sign up for back-to-back rental sessions.
