From October 5th through November 30th, join us for Coached Swim at the Rookery! Jump in the water with our certified and experienced swim coaches who will help you build strength, endurance, and improve your overall swimming technique. This program is suitable for all levels - whether you’re a beginner or an experienced swimmer looking for some off-season training, our goal is to help you improve your skills and grow your confidence in the water.
