Faster in 48 Hours: Pool Edition

Unleash your full potential with our meticulously crafted 5-week program complemented by a 2-day swim camp designed to transform you into a swimming powerhouse in just 48 hours!
In the 5-week training program, you will receive:

Dry Land Exercises

Dynamic Strength Routines

Two swim workouts per week
During this time, we will also be asking you for a 100-yard swim test to use as your baseline.
Here’s what’s in store for you during Faster in 48 Hours! Each day will consist of 1.5-2 hours of hands-on training in the pool with our professional swim coaches.
