Faster in 48 Hours: Pool Edition

2-day swim camp

Unleash your full potential with our meticulously crafted 5-week program complemented by a 2-day swim camp designed to transform you into a swimming powerhouse in just 48 hours!

 

In the 5-week training program, you will receive: 

  • Dry Land Exercises

  • Dynamic Strength Routines

  • Two swim workouts per week
     

During this time, we will also be asking you for a 100-yard swim test to use as your baseline.

 

Here’s what’s in store for you during Faster in 48 Hours! Each day will consist of 1.5-2 hours of hands-on training in the pool with our professional swim coaches.

 

April 6th, Day 1:

  • 1:00pm -2:00pm | Meet the coaches and fellow athletes

    • Goals for the camp​

    • Agenda

  • 2:15pm - 3:30pm | Drills and Skills

    • 100-yard swim trial

    • Film individual form in the pool

  • 3:45pm - 5:00pm | Review video and provide feedback

    • Lunch and learn (food will be provided!) 
       

April 7th, Day 2:

  • 8:00am - 8:30am | Recap form from videos and provide instruction

  • 8:45am - 10:15am | Drills and Skills

    • 100-yard swim trial​​

  • 10:30am - 12:00pm | Reviews and goodbyes

      • Recovery, Nutrition, Training Plans​
         

By the end of day two, we guarantee you’ll be a stronger, more educated swimmer with the skill set to go on and achieve your swim goals!
