Run 101 Seminar

Foundational key elements to running will keep you moving faster, safer, easier, longer, and stronger. This clinic covers these essential elements perfect for beginners; however, even veterans can benefit from taking a step back to reevaluate these foundational elements—especially if they were something they never learned when they began running. A strong foundation is critical to performance and longevity as a recreational or performance runner. Our guest speaker, Paul Langer, will cover all of these elements in this Run 101 seminar!
