When it comes to endurance and multisport, every...second...counts! 

 

Swimming, biking, and running back-to-back? How does all that work? We will teach you all the information and strategies you need to know about gear, setting up transitions, finding your bike among so many other bikes, and practicing transition work so you can get from one leg of your race to the next with ease—cutting seconds from your time in order to achieve the best results possible. 

Race Day Checklist | (you will NOT need these items for the clinic)

  • tri shorts/top

  • towel

  • goggles

  • wetsuit (if have one or are using one)

  • bike

  • helmet

  • bike shoes

  • running shoes

  • race belt

  • water bottle x 2

  • transition bag to put all items in (excluding bike)
