Off-Season Run Clinic

So you just ran a marathon, what are you planning for next year? Or are you looking to start running in the spring? Consider this as your next step. Whether you consider running as a hobby or consider it a passion; whether you are just beginning or experienced with several marathons under your belt; whether you consider running "fun" or "horrible", this clinic is for you! 

Our goal is to provide you with all of the information that you will need as a runner going into your offseason; no matter how competitive you consider yourself. There's a lot of information out there on what runners should​ do, but we're looking to take that information and trim it down into what you need​ to do in order to become a runner who would like to run:

  • Faster

  • Longer (distance or lifespan)

  • Injury-free

You can expect topics such as:

  • Strength training

  • Mobility 

  • Nutrition 

  • Hydration

  • Run form

  • Running gear

  • Mental strategies 

  • Injury prevention

Lastly, make sure to bring a water bottle, a notebook to write notes in, and a pair of running shoes because we'll be going over various strength and run-related exercises as a portion of this clinic.
