8-Week Clinic Series

Power is essential to the performance and success of endurance athletes. Power is the result of the combination of speed and strength. Power training may seem counterintuitive for an endurance athlete, but if you want to run, bike, or swim faster with less effort, apply quick bursts of energy, or make it through elevation and terrain changes with greater ease while maintaining speed and efficiency, we highly suggest adding power training to your routine.

To take all the guesswork out, we have developed (3) 8-week clinics designed to guide you through improving your performance by increasing your power. Start on January 1st with us and work your way through all (3) 8-week clinics to experience the greatest impact that power can have on your performance. However, you may also join just 1 or 2 of the clinics as you see fit to get started on your power training journey.

Each 8-week clinic will start and end with a quick performance assessment so we can have a baseline for where you're starting and measure the improvement the clinic has had on your performance.

Space is limited to 10 people per clinic.

8-Week HIIT

We're kicking off this series of 8-week clinics with HIIT (high intensity interval training).

8-Week Power Up

Build upon the previous 8 weeks of HIIT and transition into this power up series where you will be moving into lifting heavier for powerful performance.

When | February 26 through April 16

Time | Every Saturday from 9:45-10:45am

8-Week Power Drills

Moving from the weight room to outdoors for final power prepping for race season.  We will be doing drills to get you to the start line ready to race.

When | April 16 through June 11

Time | Every Saturday 9:45-10:45am
